This Refund Policy applies to custom software engagements delivered by Swanigan Flooring Solutions LLC.
1. Milestone-Based Engagements
Engagements are billed against agreed milestones. Fees paid for a completed and accepted milestone are non-refundable.
2. Work in Progress
If a client terminates an engagement before a milestone is completed, Swanigan will invoice for work completed to date and refund any unearned prepaid balance.
3. Discovery & Planning Fees
Fees paid for discovery, scoping, or planning phases are non-refundable once that phase has been delivered.
4. Disputes
Any billing dispute should be raised within 15 days of invoice date by contacting us at the email below.
